"Michael Korte drills conceptual holes in walls, looks right through them, travels with his camera to a certain faraway place on that particular axis, takes a photo there and returns with a picture, which he then hangs on the original wall again. The result is: Axes of vision on our planet that suspend any notion of distance and at the same time make you feel the size of the earth."
