Matteo Di Giovanni (1980) is a documentary photographer based in Milan.

‍

He received a MA in Photography at the University of Westminster in London in 2012. After a serious road accident, while working in Bosnia and Herzegovina, he is now back on track.

‍

Above all, he works on long-term projects related to social and anthropological issues, focusing on the theme of memory and identity.

‍

Meanwhile, he is developing a very personal and intimate project about biotechnologies and the hybridization of the human body in collaboration with Micamera.
