Carlos was born in Guadalajara , Mexico.

Carlos Gastelum is an architect / designer, but when he is not designing you will see Carlos with a camera taking pictures in the fields reportage, landscapes, architecture or portraits.

In 2001 he received his Bachelor's in Architecture at the Universidad Jose Cecilio Del Valle in Honduras. Today he lives in New York with his wife and daughter.
